Amendment #458 to H5150

Troubled Waters, Inc

Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding in line 14, after the word “program” the following:

“; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended to Troubled Waters, Inc.  of Dracut and Lowell for a grant program to prevent and treat all addictions including but not limited to opioid and alcohol as well as training of recovery coaches.” and in said item by striking out the figures $161,689,276” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$161,789,276".
