Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill in item 4590-1507 by inserting after the word “youth,” the third time it appears, the following words: "; and provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay Mentor 2.0 program" and in said item by striking out the figures "1,900,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,100,000”
