Springfield Veterans First (NABVET) Outreach Center

Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line1410-0012,by adding the following" that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Springfield chapter of NABVET’s Veteran’s First Outreach Center, to provide outreach services to veterans"; and in said item by striking out figures "$6,940,522" and inserting in place thereof the figures " $7,040,522"
