Baystate Noble Hospital

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following:

“provided further, that no less than $100,00 shall be expended to Noble Hospital for a grant program to prevent and treat addiction to opioid and related substances”
