Amendment #495 to H5150

Signalized lights Mann Lot Road Scituate

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install signalized lights at the intersection of Route 3A and Mann Lot Road in the Town of Scituate”.
