Amendment #500 to H5150

Signalized lights Booth Hill Road Scituate

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation is hereby authorize and directed to install signalized lights at the intersection of Route 3A and Booth Hill Road in the Town of Scituate”.
