Amendment #506 to H5150

Election Days as State Holidays

Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 100, after the word “October” the following:- the date of any general or primary election as established by general law or special act."
