Amendment #51 to H5150

Municipal Census Administrative Cost Savings

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XX. Section 37 of chapter 51 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “of the current year”, in line 29, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- for 2 consecutive years.”
