Braintree Partnership on Substance Abuse

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0203, in line 4, by inserting after "substances" the following:-

"; provided further, that the town of Braintree’s community partnership on substance abuse shall receive not less than the amount appropriated in Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2019”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,440,450" and inserting in place thereof the figures "1,590,450".
