Mr. Williams of Springfield moves to amend the order Representatives Williams of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4005-0005, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Stone Soul Inc., so-called in Springfield to the implementation of the Stone Soul Annual Community Festival related to year round cultural activities in Springfield.”and in said item by striking out the figures "$10,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$10,050,000"
