Blackstone Housing Upgrades

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9005, by inserting after the word “repairs”, the following words:-

“provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be allocated to the Blackstone Housing Authority for upgrades to make areas handicap accessible.”
