Shannon Grant Administrative Costs

Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8100-0111, by striking out the following words “that administrative costs for successful grant applications shall not exceed 4 per cent of the value of the grant” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “that administrative costs for successful grant applications shall not exceed 10 per cent of the grant”.
