Amendment #575 to H5150

Nicky’s Law Registry of Care Providers Substantiated for Abuse of Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Ms. Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new sections:

“Section XX. Section 4 of Chapter 19 of the Acts of 2020, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the date “January 31, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following date:- “July 31, 2021”

Section XX. Section 5 of Chapter 19, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the date “December 31, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following date:- “October 31, 2022”

Section XX. Section 6 of Chapter 19, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the date “January 31, 2021” and inserting in place thereof the following date:- “July 31, 2021.”
