Mrs. Haddad of Somerset moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, in line 39, by inserting after “program” the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for emergency radio communications upgrades for the Fire Chiefs’ Association of Bristol County to cover a third of the cost for the full implementation of developing and upgrading the emergency radio communications system in Bristol County;” and in said item by striking out the figures "28,258,334" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$28,458,334".
