Active DOC Correctional Facilities

Mr. González of Springfield Mr. Gonzalez of Springfield moves to amend Line Item 8900-0001 by striking out the following language:

“that correctional facilities that were active in fiscal year 2020 shall remain open in fiscal year 2021 to maximize bed capacity and re-entry capability”
