ADA Accessibility for Andover Town Offices

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting after “Fund” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the town of Andover for upgrades to town buildings relative to the federal Americans with Disabilities Act”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$3,600,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$3,800,000”.
