Cogswell ArtSpace

Representatives Campbell of Methuen, Vargas of Haverhill and Minicucci of North Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for improvements at Cogswell ArtSpace in Haverhill to convert the former Cogswell School into a community art center”.
