Amendment #692 to H5150

EpiPens in Institutions of Higher Education

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law or regulation to the contrary, all public colleges and universities shall store epinephrine in a secure but unlocked place, as determined by the school health services director or person in a similar position, accessible only to authorized students and staff on campus. Said storage places shall be located in every part of the school grounds where a student with allergies shall be reasonably deemed at risk for allergic reactions.
