Merrimack River Watershed Council

Mrs. Campbell of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following: “; provided further, that $100,000 shall be expended for the Merrimack River Watershed Council, a nonprofit serving as the main coordinating agency for improving the health of the Merrimack River”.
