Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 6, by inserting after "2021" the following: "provided further, that no less than $500,000 shall be expended to MLK Boston for a new world class memorial of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$163,176" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$663,176".
