Workforce Development for Young Women Who Are Without Mothers

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0012, by adding the following: "provided that not less than $5,000 shall be given to empowerHER for providing your mentoring programs for girls facing the loss of their mothers”.
