Nashua River Water Park

Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2810-0501, by adding the following:- “provided further that no less than $2,000,000 shall be expended to the Town of Clinton for establishment of the Nashua River Waterfront Park at the Location of the Former Clinton Town Beach and general cleanup of the Nashua River flowing from the Lancaster Mill Pond in Clinton in a northernly direction and provided further that the Department is directed to negotiate a memorandum of understanding with the Town of Clinton for upkeep and management of this park."
