Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2511-0100, in line 14, by inserting after "Massachusetts" the following: "provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for a matching grant program to the Urban Farming Institute  located in Mattapan"; and in said item by striking out the figures "6,068,662" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$6,118,662".
