Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0036, in line 7, by inserting after "Housing" the following: "provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for Black Economic Justice Institute of Dorchester"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$2,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,050,000".
