Amendment #740 to H5150

“Cost of Living Adjustment”

Mr. Williams of Springfield Section XX: Section 17 of chapter 37 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out lines 13 to 16 and inserting in place thereof the following:- “The salaries of the Massachusetts Sheriffs shall be the sum equivalent to the salary of the District Attorney of their county.”
