Millbury COVID-19 Local Assistance

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for COVID-19 related expenses, services, and supplies including for food banks and mental health services within the community in the Town of Millbury.
