Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2000-0101 the following

item:

"xxxx-xxxx For the Department of Energy and Environmental Affairs to conduct a pilot study to implement Wave Attenuation Devices (WAD) along the Atlantic Coast of Southeastern Massachusetts........$1,000,000”
