Special Commission on Civil Asset Forfeiture Reporting Deadline

Ms. Cronin of Easton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: SECTION XXXX. Section 90 of Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2019 is hereby amended by striking out the words “December 31, 2019” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- July 31, 2021
