Free Full-Day Kindergarten

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0005, by adding the following: "Provided further that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the purpose of funding a statewide free full day kindergarten grant program”.
