Extend Special Legislative Commission to Study Vaping

Mr. Mahoney of Worcester moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section  XX.  Section 21 of chapter 157 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out in the last paragraph the date “January 1, 2020,” and inserting in place thereof the following: —“January 1, 2022”
