Joseph Nee Collaborative Center for Treatment and Recovery

Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the Joseph Nee Collaborative Center for substance abuse treatment and recovery programming” and by striking in said item the figure "$161,689,276" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$161,719,276".
