Trauma-informed violence prevention in Greater Haverhill

Mr. Vargas of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for the Power of Self Education (POSE) Inc. in the city of Haverhill"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$178,176”.
