Leveraging targeted and effective youth services in Boston

Ms. Elugardo of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4590-1506 by inserting after "enforcement agencies;"  the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the City of Boston for its work in youth violence prevention and intervention, street outreach, trauma support, workforce development and mental health in Hyde Square, Jackson Square and Mission Hill"
