Horizons for Homeless Children

Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after line item7004-0101 "provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for Horizons for Homeless Children," with the corresponding increase in the final amount of the line item to reflect the earmark amount.
