Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill by striking out section 2 and inserting in place thereof the following 2 sections:

“SECTION 2. Section 1 of chapter 2 of the acts of 1989 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.”.
