S Corporations

Senators O'Connor and Tarr move to amend the proposal for constitutional amendment by inserting, after the word “brackets” in line 14, the following:-

“. S Corporations, as defined by section 1361 of the Code, shall be exempt from the provisions of this paragraph.”
