Senator Tarr moves to amend the proposal for constitutional amendment by striking in lines 9-10 the following:-"in excess of $1,000,000 (one million dollars)" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"on no less then $1,000,000.01 (one million dollars and one cent)"

And in line 12, by striking:-"$1,000,000 (one million dollars)" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"$1,000,000.01 (one million dollars and one cent)
