Depositing Authority

Mr. Moore moves to amend the bill by striking out, in lines 2 and 3, the words “manager of the town of Millbury shall deposit into the town’s stabilization funds without appropriation” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “of Millbury shall, without appropriation, credit to the town’s stabilization funds, as allocated pursuant to subsection (b),”.
