Amendment #1 to S2178

United States Cadet Nurse Corps WWII Plaque

Representatives Robertson of Tewksbury and Tucker of Salem move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION 2. Pursuant to subsection (h) of section 20 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, the art commission for the state house shall accept the bequest of a plaque to be donated by the Friends of the United States Cadet Nurse Corps World War II. The plaque shall be permanently placed in Nurses’ Hall in the state house to commemorate the service of the United States Cadet Nurse Corps during World War II.
