MBTA Public Hearings

Mr. Moore and Ms. Gobi move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section ____, the following new section:-

"Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall conduct a presentation and public hearing with an extended comment period regarding any proposed rate increases in each affected zone prior to submitting their annual budget request to the Fiscal and Management Control Board."
