Amendment 15

Relative to liability for medical assistance paid

Ms. Chandler, Messrs. O'Connor and Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

"SECTION __. Section 33 of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “purchased” in line 7, the following words:- “or at any time thereafter”"
