Hosting Platform

Mr. Fattman moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION __. Section 1 of chapter 64G of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the definition of the word “Hosting platform”, as inserted by section 6 of chapter 337 of the acts of 2018, and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“Hosting platform”, a person or entity that provides a means through which accommodations are offered, and from which that person or entity financially benefits.
