Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor and Ms. Gobi move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in SECTION 7 in line 33 after "vi" the following:-reporting witnessed illegal activity.”

moves to further amend in SECTION 16 by inserting in line 74 after the word "pedestrians" the following:-"or (vi) reporting witnessed illegal activity"
