Fine increases

Mr. Fattman moves that the proposed new draft be amended by striking out, in lines 83 and 84, the words “A violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of $100 for a first offense, a fine of $250 for a second offense and a fine of $500 for a subsequent offense” and inserting in place thereof the following:- A violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of $250 for a first offense, a fine of $500 for a second offense and a fine of $1,000 for a subsequent offense.
