First Time Violation

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 83 after the words, "first offense" the following:-"provided further, that the fine shall be suspended for a first time violator who provides proof of acquisition of a hands-free accessory subsequent to the violation but prior to the imposition of a fine subject to regulations promulgated by the executive office of public safety.”
