Notification

Mr. Rodrigues moves to amend the bill by striking out, in line 7, the words “not more than 180 days after the effective date of this act” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “from the effective date of this act until 180 days after the employee receives notice of this act pursuant to subsection (b)”; and

by striking out, in line 8, the words “and the Division of Human Resources” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “, in collaboration with the division of human resources of the city of Fall River,”.
