Email Usage to be Consistent with Current Policies

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 3, in subsection (e) by inserting in line 70, after the word "employer", the following words:- ";provided, that the use shall be consistent with any computer, electronic mail or information technology usage polices of the public employer and consistent with all state and federal laws and regulations."
