Prior Coordination for the Use of Government Facilities and Buildings

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 3, in subsection (f) by inserting, in line 79, after the words “governmental operations”, the following words:- ; and provided further, that the use is based on reasonable prior notice to the government entity.
