Preventing Disruptions During Work Hours

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 3 (b) (i) in line 44 after the word "issues" the following:-"; subject to an agreement between the employer and the employee organization with respect to meeting times, and subject to employer policies for use of government buildings."
