Providing New Hires with information

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in section 3, in line 53 after the word "meeting" the following:-"; provided further that the department of labor and workforce development shall prepare and provide to each employer subject to this act written material regarding employee rights to join or not join a bargaining unit and the employer shall post said material conspicuously in the workplace, provided that such materials may include but not be limited to websites established for such purpose ".
